Responsibilities:
- Manage the law office calendar and deadlines - Screen and direct incoming calls - Communicate with potential new clients - Update client systems accurately and in a timely manner - Communicate professionally with clients, law offices, and courts - Create, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files - Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies and dealing with building management - Contribute to the team by completing assigned tasks and projects diligently and thoroughly
Qualifications:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with a background in Family Law to support our Managing Attorney and Associates. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our office's effectiveness by providing administrative and clerical support to our attorneys.

To be considered for this position, you must have 2-3 years of legal administrative assistant experience in a Family Law firm and a college degree is preferred. Familiarity with New Jersey e-courts is also required. You must also have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and excellent computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
